I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia Milano, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. The impeccable service provided by the staff truly stood out; not only were they incredibly friendly and professional, but they went above and beyond to cater to our every need. From the luxurious bathroom amenities to the exceptionally comfortable bed, every detail was thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort and convenience. The hotel's location near the Lotto station made it easy to access the city center, while the premium 'Level' lounge added an extra touch of elegance to our stay. Additionally, the personalized care we received, including unexpected gestures like a note and chocolates in our room, made us feel truly valued as guests - something I rarely experience during my travels.
